OXY FUEL CUTTING
ESAB's line of oxy fuel cutting machines is the most extensive line on the market. The cutting machines range in size from single torch portable machines perfect for small metal fabrication shops to extensive cutting systems custom built up to 90 feet wide. All the machines utilize Oxweld™ brand heavy-duty mechanized gas cutting torches and are available for use with Acetylene, Natural Gas, Propane or FG-2 fuel gases.
OXWELD C-67 MACHINE CUTTING TORCH
The C-67 is a heavy-duty 3-hose mechanized cutting torch for use with any fuel gas except acetylene. The precision injector orifice makes torch balancing easier in multi-torch applications. The cutting oxygen flip-valve allows for quick manual shut-off of the cutting oxygen. The 20" torch features outstanding capacity and high cutting speeds using the 1566 series high-speed nozzles.
INJECTOR LEGEND:
LPMC (01Y56, 01Y74) Type III - low pressure, medium capacity for general purpose cutting from 1/8 in. to 14 in. thick steel. Best all-around choice for multiple torch operation. Good multi-torch balance capability, coupled with heavier preheat than LLPMC injector, for quick pierce starts. Requires a minimum fuel gas pressure of 5 psi.
LLPMC (01Y61) Type I - low pressure, medium capacity for cutting up to 8 in. thick steel. Recommended only when maximum available fuel gas pressures are less than 5 psi. Excellent multi-torch balance capability, but limited preheat intensity, resulting in longer preheat times when piercing.
LPHC (01Y57, 01Y75) Type II - low pressure, high capacity for cutting up to 20 in. thick steel with fuel gas pressures of at least 3 psi. Recommended for heavy preheat applications such as beveling, auxiliary preheat, etc. Not recommended where multi-torch balance is required.
MPHC (01Y58) - medium pressure, high capacity for very heavy preheat and cutting applications up to 20 in. with 1500 series nozzles and 28 in. with 1400 series steel industry torches and nozzles. A minimum of 5 psi fuel gas pressure is required. Use only with nozzle sizes for 12 in. or larger.

OXWELD C-39 MACHINE CUTTING TORCH
The C-39 is a heavy-duty 3-hose mechanized cutting torch for use with any fuel gas. The 20" torch features outstanding capacity and high cutting speeds using the 1563 series high-speed nozzles.

OXWELD C-58 MACHINE CUTTING TORCH
The C-58 is a compact mechanized cutting torch for use with any fuel gas. The 12" long torch is best suited for portable straight line cutters or smaller cutting machines.
